Practice Administrator
Sandpoint Women’s Health, Sandpoint, Idaho
MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is in search of a Practice Administrator to manage Sandpoint Women’s Health, a women’s healthcare practice which includes four OB/GYNs, one nurse practitioner, and an ultrasound unit. This respected rural practice serves the northernmost portion of Idaho and adjacent western Montana.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic hands-on leader with the ability to maintain highly-functioning primary care teams and build trust and respect easily. Strong understanding of operations coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong financial skills, and ability to lead change and foster relationships among physicians, staff, local hospital and community. Excellent follow-through and accountability are important. Must possess the ability to lead the implementation of NextGen EMR.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years demonstrated healthcare management experience required. Experience managing the needs and issues specific to rural health clinics is desirable.
